ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At FLOONA, orders are processed promptly so they can reach customers as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

BEFORE DISPATCH

Cancellation requests received before an order is dispatched may be considered where fulfillment has not already begun.

AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In such cases, the request may need to be handled under our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

IMPORTANT

Cancellation approval is not automatic and depends on the processing status of the order.
